The service. Dikraa ("the Service") is general-audience educational software — a spaced-repetition study tool for memorizing and reviewing text, applied here to the text of the Quran — operated by an individual merchant based in the Kingdom of Bahrain and delivered through the Telegram Mini App @dikraaBot and this website. The Service schedules and delivers recitation reviews using a spaced-repetition algorithm. It is a memorization, study, and productivity tool, not a spiritual, religious, or advisory service: it offers no religious rulings, spiritual guidance, prayers, or access to any religious authority. It suits learners of all ages — students, families, and teachers; accounts are created and managed by an adult (a parent or guardian for younger learners). The Quran text and recitation themselves are not sold; the subscription covers only the scheduling, delivery, and progress-tracking software service.
Plans. The Free plan includes Juz 30 (37 surahs) permanently. The optional paid subscription ("Hafiz", 299 SAR per month) unlocks the full Quran; the current price and billing terms are shown in the app at checkout before you pay. The subscription can be cancelled at any time; on cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to the Free plan. Your memorization history is never deleted on downgrade.
Payments. Payments are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record, which handles billing, applicable taxes, and receipts.
Acceptable use. One account per person; no attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability; we work to keep it reliable and to preserve your data.
What we store: your Telegram user ID, display name and username (provided by Telegram when you open the app), your timezone, your memorization plan and review history (which verses, when, and your self-ratings), and subscription status. Payment card details are handled entirely by Polar and never reach our servers.
What we do with it: operate the Service — scheduling reviews, computing your progress, and delivering messages to your Telegram account. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except the processors needed to run the Service (Supabase for the database, Railway for hosting, Telegram for delivery, Polar for billing).
Younger learners: when the learner is a minor, the account must be created and managed by a parent or guardian, who consents on the child's behalf to the limited data described above. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children, and a parent or guardian may request access or deletion at any time.
Deletion: message @dikraaBot or email hussain20120713@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and all associated data.
If something went wrong — you were charged in error, or the Service did not work for you — contact us within 14 days of the charge at hussain20120713@gmail.com and we will refund the most recent subscription payment. Refunds are issued through Polar to the original payment method. Cancelling is always available without contacting us, from the subscription management link in your receipt email.
