The service. Dikraa ("the Service") is a digital Quran-memorization companion operated by an individual merchant based in the Kingdom of Bahrain, delivered through the Telegram Mini App @dikraaBot and this website. The Service schedules and delivers recitation reviews using a spaced-repetition algorithm. The Quran text and recitation themselves are not sold; the subscription covers the scheduling, delivery, and progress-tracking service.
Plans. The Free plan includes Juz 30 (37 surahs) permanently. The paid subscription ("Hafiz", US$4.99/month, tax-inclusive) unlocks the full Quran. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; on cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to the Free plan. Your memorization history is never deleted on downgrade.
Payments. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, which handles billing, applicable taxes, and receipts.
Acceptable use. One account per person; no attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability; we work to keep it reliable and to preserve your data.
What we store: your Telegram user ID, display name and username (provided by Telegram when you open the app), your timezone, your memorization plan and review history (which verses, when, and your self-ratings), and subscription status. Payment card details are handled entirely by Dodo Payments and never reach our servers.
What we do with it: operate the Service — scheduling reviews, computing your progress, and delivering messages to your Telegram account. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except the processors needed to run the Service (Supabase for the database, Railway for hosting, Telegram for delivery, Dodo Payments for billing).
Deletion: message @dikraaBot or email hussain20120713@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and all associated data.
If something went wrong — you were charged in error, or the Service did not work for you — contact us within 14 days of the charge at hussain20120713@gmail.com and we will refund the most recent monthly payment. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Cancelling is always available without contacting us, from the subscription management link in your receipt email.
